Next Big Thing coming up! Fruit Enzymes

Just gotten this news from my boss. Fruit Enzymes making.

googled it and this are the information i've gotten.

1. Regulate Body Function
Maintain blood pH at 7.35 to7.38 Maintain digestion system with balance friendly bacteria. Thus improve digestion and assimilation of nutrient needed by the body. Maintain balance function of various organs thus improves body immune system.

2. Purifying the blood
neutralized, ingest and excrete the rubbish cause by pressure, tension, anger, and inflammation thus enhance blood circulation and overall well-being of the body

3. Decomposition
Ingest and remove the accumulated waste in the blood and affected part of the body thus helping digestion and assimilation of food.

4. Anti-inflammation
Enhance white blood cell production, thus reduce inflammation and improve self- healing abilities of the infected cells.

5. Anti-bacteria
Improves body self defense system, foreign invader(bacteria) have no chance to multiply, they will be ingested by body white blood cell and macrophage cell.(body defense system)

6. Improves blood clotting
Increase blood platelets production abilities thus enhance blood-clotting efficiency.

7. Cell regeneration
Promotes cells metabolism thus damage old cell can be regenerated to active new cells.

Steps:

Clean and dry all fruits, utensils and containers to inhibit mould growth at the latter stage.

Arrange layers of cut fruits, sliced lemons and brown sugar starting from the bottom of the container.

Repeat till the content is around 50% full as the fermentation process later will release gases and the juices may overflow if the content is too full.

Brown sugar being the top layer.

Close the container tightly and leave it in a dry and cool place.

Remember to shake the container lightly everyday to ensure that the fruits and top part of the bottle are immersed in liquid to prevent mold growth. If required, add more brown sugar to create a more concentrated extract with high sugar content.

If mould is seen, remove the affected fruits and add more brown sugar. If else failed, everything has to be disposed.

The enzyme should be ready to be consumed in 2-3 weeks.

Sieve the fruits and pour the juices into a new glass bottle.

Keep the enzyme drink in refrigerator because cool temperature will slow down the fermentation process that will turn the enzyme into alcohol.

The leftover fruits can be used as body exfoliater and fertilizer for the soil.

grandma's bday dinner over the wkend. crazy party becus of my drunk-ed cousin. but the food was good. thumbs up for that splendid dinner. costly too =)

bb's cooking lunch for me so far, these few days. poor thing have to wake up so early just to get the food done. she gets breakfast done too, although she dont recognise me eating breakfast, she dont unds that i'll be weak if i dont get breakfast down my tummy.

i went home for the weekends. this is my first time, meeting my bro's (cousin) gf formally. she is Jan. she's a thai, a very gentle one. haha. i like her alot. i think she's really nice. we can click larh. under the pressurizing persuasion from my bros, i had to stay. i shared Jan's bed. my poor bro had to sleep on the sofa. haha.

Baby, next time our room should have a sofa bed too. haha. you know. just in case larh.

then on sunday, had breakfast and headed to Geylang, for durians. aunty bought durians enough to feed an army. imagine how much was that? anyway, my family like to eat durians with RICE. yes, eat it as a dish with rice. except me and my lil bros.

then Jan sent me to the bus stop. first time someone sent me to bus stop, from my home. weird feeling thou. and i gave her a good bye hug. *hugs*

then in the evening, its back to my new home! back to my piece of porkchop. haha. i know its kinda weird way to describe my other half. not that she looks like porkchop. but i just feel its closer, sounds closer larh. haha. i hope she called me doryfish. haha or steamsalmon. sounds nicer and definitely healthier. haha. i hope she doesnt kill me if she sees this. B, you know i love you larh k! dont angry. chill man!
